Venue
Roger Williams University’s newly completed Lecture Theater, Exhibition Gallery, and Seminar spaces specially designed for the Center and the School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation will be the main location of the Conference’s public sessions and Decision Seminar working groups. Sites around the world will be linked to the Conference through the World Bank’s Global Distance Learning Network.

The Roger Williams University School of Law Appellate Courtroom will be open to members of the Roger Williams University Community and public to view all sessions and proceedings. A live broadcast will also be carried by the University's Channel 5 for class room viewing.

The Conference’s April 21 sessions and April 22 morning sessions is open to the public. Invited participants take part in the April 22 Decision Seminar Working Group Sessions. Accommodations will be made for these participants.
